Did a quick light session today - beat from yesterday's swim at the pool.

WOD:

  • 10 barbell thrusters


  • 30 pushups
Time taken: 3min 43sec with 77# (21th August 2009)





Snack of the day: Steamed sweet potatoes & great chocolate cake!


Its gonna be a great day out tomorrow with the good folks from NUS!
