Workout Of The Day - 1st & 2nd October 2009
1st October WOD:
2 rounds for time
- 10 barbell thrusters
- 10 deadlifts
- 50 pushups
Time taken: 7min 42sec with 77# (28th September 2009)
2nd October WOD:
1 round for time
- 15 overhead squats
- 15 high pulls
- 50 pushups
Longer working hours means less time & energy for my workouts - but I hope I don't have to minimize them too much!
