Workout Of The Day - 21st & 22nd November 2009

Yesterday I did pushups & front squats, and I can't recall how much I did now. And for today's:

WOD

  • Run 1km
  • 5 sets of 4x20m shuttle run
No Sentosa this weekend - worked through the weekend. It's going to be monday soon!
