Workout Of The Day - 10th February 2010

Ended work late so I did a really quick workout after work.

WOD

  • 14 pull ups
 Hopefully work ends early tomorrow so I get in a run and another sprint session!

I need to edit my stuff I see. Sorry about that, got new speech to text program, as you can see it still needs some work.

I see some of your workouts are crossfit workouts. Where do you get your other workouts from?

Oh okay I see.

My workouts aren't truly from Crossfit, I just do what I can do and suit them to my abilities.

My other workouts, well, I just do what I can also - for eg, my sprints & intervals.
