Haha ok i saw the video you posted; what the guy is doing for the wall clearance isnt technically a proper muscle up; its a more half wall-muscle up combo. Wall ups on its own aren't really difficult, you need a combination of your legs and upper body, though you would still need a fair level of core strength.
ps. noticed you doing alot of HIT style workouts - prob you can try mix it up a little with static, dynamic low rep work.

Yup, wall-ups are in the vid, but its a good starting motivator & training point for eventual bar ups and muscles ups!
Yup, HIT I love, I really should add in some hard ass pullups in part of the sprints intervals too!
