Today is my Rest Day, despite the initial plans. True enough, nearly 5 days of workout, this rest is overdue. Crashed on the bed right after work for a few hours, now I'm more than ready for more hard lifting and fast feet sprints for the next few days.
Tomorrow will be a late day at work, and late days means by the time I'm home for my workout, the moon's already out, which coincides with my best workout time! Shall do a run, sprints, followed by bar training over at the pull up bar and parallel bar!
