Its back to running & sprints today for the WOD.

WOD
- Run 2.5km
- 3 sets of 2x40m shuttle sprints
- 1 set of 60m sprint
- 30 pull ups
- 30 parallel bar dips

Might schedule a Rest Day tomorrow, or a light WOD with barbells and the pull ups.
