Its back to running & sprints today for the WOD.

"Grace" at Cross Fit Hub - 13th June 2010

WOD
  • Run 2.5km
  • 3 sets of 2x40m shuttle sprints
  • 1 set of 60m sprint
  • 30 pull ups
  • 30 parallel bar dips

 Might schedule a Rest Day tomorrow, or a light WOD with barbells and the pull ups.
