Made it down for WOD today at Cross Fit Hub - another Team WOD - and its great to see the class size increasing.
In teams of 2
- 30 wall balls / weighted static squats
- 40 push ups / plank
- 50 kettlebell swings / waiters hold (bumper plate)
- 60 kettlebell sit ups / hollow rock
- 400m run with a band
