Decided to do a run & sprint as its been a real long time since I last did so. Sure enough, I was quite fatigued by the workout. The sprints felt pretty killer. My own usual circuits alone are killing me, thankfully I didn't go down to Cross Fit Hub today.

- 2 sets of 100m sprints
- 2 sets of uphill sprints
- 25 pull ups
Had a good dose of Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet too - my weekly mid-meal. Tomorrow its back to proper, clean food, milk and more workouts!
Its time to re-indulge in training, eating, and sleeping!
