Workout Of The Day - 30th November 2010
A pretty swell day at work today, but by the time I got home for my WOD my hunger took over so suddenly that I chose to cut my WOD short and went straight to the shower so I could eat as soon as possible. The workout's pretty good still, with the 10kg improvised bumper plates on my back for my push ups.
