Been working through the weekend, and into the late nights, so I fell pretty ill and went on working - hence it took me nearly 4 days to recover from this bout of sickness. Today I'm pretty much back on my feet and I'm able to have my WOD again!
- 95 weighted push ups
- 20 squat cleans
- 20 push presses
I am really hoping to have a day off this weekend! I want to WOD, eat & sleep heavily!
