Workout Of The Day - 8th January 2011
Today's WOD is more like a primer for tomorrow's session at Cross Fit Hub. Am really glad that I don't have work beyond 4.30pm on a Saturday, and even more glad that I'm not working tomorrow. Overdue rest - I'll try to soak in at least a good 9-10 hours of sleep tonight.
