Today will be a last WOD before I 'embark' to Pulau Ubin tomorrow, for Outward Bound School!

WOD
2 rounds of
  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 20 pull ups
  • 5 deadlifts
  • 20 air squats
Followed by
  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 20 pull ups
