Workout Of The Day - 20th April 2011



Its back to WOD - today's a light one. I can barely stay awake standing up and waiting for the bus in the mornings!

WOD
  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 10 pull ups
  • 5 clean & presses (40kg)
  • 5 front squats (40kg)
  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 10 pull ups
