Workout Of The Day - 16 July 2011



Today's WOD at Cross Fit Hub was really a showcase of my 6 weeks' absence from a proper training schedule. I came in last in "Run Randy!", even after the last girl. But am still pretty glad I finished the WOD, and even more glad that I made myself come down for the WOD although I really didn't feel like doing so.

  • Frog Complex: Clean - Front Thruster - Back Thruster.
  • 8 circuit's - bodybuilder
WOD
For Time
  • Sprint 200m
  • 75 reps of 75lb's snatches
  • Sprint 100m
Now I'm sore all over, and just awoken from a badly-needed nap. This feels just so great!
