Workout Of The Day - 12 August 2011
Today's WOD is pretty good, considering I worked out not long after breakfast. Food too was great:
- Breakfast - Pan fried chicken breast.
- Lunch - Sambal chicken omelette.
- Dinner - Chicken omelette and chicken on the side, grapefruits.
WOD
- 100 weighted push ups (10kg)
- 50 pull ups
- 10 squat clean and presses (40kg)
- 10 deadlifts (40kg)
- 10 calf raises (40kg)
- 10 barbell thrusters (40kg)
- 10 deadlifts (40kg)
- 10 calf raises (40kg)
With my newly purchased Whey protein, I'm just so much even more motivated to go heavier and longer in my workouts. More heavy squats coming up! I'm sure if I put my heart into it I can change my glutes, hams, quads, and calves.
Am currently mixing Whey protein with milk powder to boost the taste and nutritional value.
