Workout Of The Day - 27 August 2011


The effects of the MSG in the food during dinner - annoying headache! As a result I really didn't feel like pushing through a harder workout, in fear of aggravating a headache and a possibly spillover to the next day.

WOD
3 rounds of
  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 front squats (40kg)
  • 20 calf raises (40kg)
 Sunday should be a good day to workout with the girlfriend - twice! Kettlebells, pull ups and sprints!
