The Warm Up really gassed me. The WOD however, was easy.
Its down to Cross Fit Hub for WOD today - the warm up was really bad - "Grace" for the warm up. The last time I did "Grace" was long ago, at 40kg. Today I decided to go for 50kg knowing fully well it'd hurt. But 50kg is really hard to be pressing overhead for 30 times. But the 'crowd' pushed me. And with the Girlfriend quietly looking on at the side - I knew I'd knock out the last few reps!
Girlfriend - 1 , Tyre - 0.
I can't wait to workout with the Girlfriend again!
