Back to barbells today. Trying to stick with 50kg for my WODs. And it sure hurts to do so.

- 40 weighted push ups (10kg)
- 10 L-pull ups
- 8 squat clean and presses (50kg)
- 20 deadlifts (50kg)
- 40 calf raises (50kg)
- 20 weighted push ups
- 10 L-pull ups
- 8 front squats (50kg)
- 10 ring dips
- 10 burpees
- 10 ring dips
- 10 burpess
