Workout Of The Day - 13 & 14 November 2011
My idea of how I want to be when I'm old. Its a journey, it starts now, so those who ridicule me will, sadly, pay for it in future.
Yesterday's plan to workout at the stadium with the Girlfriend was left cancelled due to the heavy downpour. Managed a bodyweight workout at her place instead - pull ups, push ups, air squats. Had the great fortune to have her press my back down during push ups - whilst I helped her with pull ups!
Working through the weekend always leaves me really shagged out - today's workout with the barbells is very toned down - too tired!
WOD
- 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
- 10 L pull ups
- 10 deadlifts (50kg)
- 10 front squats (50kg)
- 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
- 10 L pull ups

- 10 push presses (40kg)
- 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
