DOMS all over from Saturday's WOD at Cross Fit Hub - this feeling is so sweet!
Also suffering from torn sole skin from running barefoot on the mid-day baked-hot roads of Kallang.
Its May Day, and I'm going to start the month of May right, starting tomorrow with a WOD at Cross Fit Hub, followed by purchasing 4kg's of chicken fillets and herbs - which shall be my breakfast for the coming days. I think this will beat having to queue up for my 2 sunny-side-up eggs in the morning at work after having fruits at home (2 breakfast's I eat!)
Herb-wise, I'm looking at Basil, Rosemary, and maybe some Mint. Never really had this style of cooked chicken fillets before. Might as well make it really good, since I'm going to have it for almost every single morning.
