This 'Wod' is more of a new skill day - second attempt at Muay Thai (Intro Clinic). Pretty much all about technique, pushups, squats, situps and sprints.
And ended off with Whey protein shake, with milk added.
Next Muay Thai clinic is on Wednesday! Tuesday will be Rest Day and spending quality time with the Girlfriend!
